Senior Pastor – Adam Venables
Adam moved here in 2018. After his theology degree Adam spent 5 years serving in a Church in Yate, near Bristol. He is now the Senior Pastor here at Ashbourne Elim and is passionate about bringing people into a closer relationship with God.

Assistant Pastor – Vanessa Venables
Vanessa has been the assistant pastor here at Ashbourne Elim since 2022. After gaining her degree in Applied Theology she has spent years in administration, educational and social work roles. Her passion is to see people of all ages grow in their relationship with God and one another.

The eldership is a group agreed by church members to work alongside the pastors in helping guide and care for the spiritual life of Ashbourne Elim Church.

The practical side of the church is managed by the church session, which consists of the eldership, Treasurer and staff team:
